Welcome to the Wormhole Manifest Podcast: A show about many things with a focus on Mental Health.



This week we welcome back our friend Stephen from DreamHerbally and more recently Moonstack a new music project by Stephen and his Wife.

We are going to be discussing dreamwork while also delving into one of my more recent unsettling dreams to try to divulge what exactly was going on or where my energy may be being blocked.



It'll be another of the little bit different sort of episodes as it's not in interview style but more like a closed therapy event slash discussion. Normally when someone is having a dreamwork session being done with them, it is not an open public event. But more like a therapy session one on one where deep emotions and issues can be talked about openly.

Well in my attempt at being open and honest about my recovery and healing journey, I thought this would be a good time for one of these sessions to be open to the public. So I invited Stephen to help me with this and he was really open to the idea and appreciative of my willingness to show my vulnerability in an open format such as. Which is really awesome!

This episode I welcome back once again my friend Mario the Artisan Rogue to talk about Toxic Masculinity!

And oh boy, what a doozy. I actually got highly intoxicated during this episode and was hesitant to even release it. But in an effort to show my sincere honesty and integrity I pushed ahead and finally after about 4 months decided to release it into the wild.

I'd like to apologize for my side of this conversation as you'll notice almost immediatly how hammered I am. The recording started off as a mere attempt to just want to reach out and connect with a friend and then ended with a world of information from our friend Mario.

When listening, as I describe in the newly added intro (and outro), please ignore my part and pay close attention to the stories Mario shares. They are amazing as always.

The topic is Toxic Masculinity during the majority of the first part and some of the 2nd half along with some other drunk ramblings by me. If it wasn't for my friend Mario I wouldn't have even released this, so please pay close attention to his stories and if you can, ignore my dumbass who can't even pronounce the term Toxic Masculinity at some point due to my slurred speech... my god it's terrible and I'm sorry but thank you for bearing with me.

This episode I invited an old friend from the sci-fi convention days onto the show to discuss Furries, Food, Mental Health, and the different underground caverns and hauntings (and some history) around the greater St. Louis MO (my original hometown) area.

I start off the show with a special intro to go over some reminders in mindfulness and then begin the wonderful discussion with Chris where we discuss convention life, recipes and spices, and a load of other really cool stuff including some background about where Chris comes from and how he got into the Furry Lifestyle. Oh and we also talk about how he's built up a following on Twitter and hosts some really fun virtual horror movie nights that helped get them through the pandemic. It was a really good time reconnecting with an old friend that I hadn't spoken to in a really long time!

This episode is a real whopper! I finally was able to get my friend Lisa back to have this really entertaining and deep discussion about all of the following.

Molecular Biology, Vaccines, the Knowledge Fight Podcast, Scientology, Culture of the Midwest, Bigotry, Racism, Sexist, Micro Aggressions, Ancient Aliens, Anime, podcast episode ordering, Hoarding, and Lisa’s sneaker and shoe addiction/collection (LOL).

Then we finish off by getting into a bit about psychedelics and mental health and pharmacology in which Lisa talks a bit about the effects of different drugs on the body and mind and perception before we got so rudely interrupted by my ISP's untimely scheduled maintenance which caused me to lose my internet connection entirely. But that's ok, I was able to polish up what we had and add some more notes and a few outtakes / B-Roll at the end.

This was a great and fun episode and I can't wait to have Lisa back because she's a wonderful guest and person!

This episode I welcome back Mario the Artisan Rogue to talk about his new self published comic book Ardor!

But we first we do a bit of catching up and battling technical difficulties with the recording software. We cover many topics such as Art Shows and Conventions, Magic the Gathering, Aviation, some our dad's war stories, a bit of my military history, mental health stigma, working at the museum story, the homeless, Woman Roll-Models. Then we get into talking about the comic Ardor and some of his inspirations and techniques, then we touch on my story about comic books and Neil Gaimans Sandman.
