90. Slowing Down Meditation Pt 1 Inner Calm Podcast

Join me for a meditation that is going to support you in slowing down. This will support you from switching gears from the 'doing' state, the yang or masculine state that you have been existing in, and instead connecting and deepening into your yin or feminine state. I take you through a guided meditation practice to support you in slowing down, supporting you in finding space and stillness within your breath, your thoughts and your body. This has such a positive flow on affect to deepening your relationship with yourself, being able to hear gentle nudges of what you should do, where you should go, and living in alignment with your true self. Not to mention feeling so juicy, soft and open within your own body, receptive to the magic that is around you, if you're not clenching and holding on so tightly.
