ADHD is a serious mental disorder that debilitates people's daily life, it is very real (of course) and a lot of people deal with it.
It's so more than just not concentrating well, sometimes you can only concentrate on what you're interested in, sometimes you can't concentrate at all. There are different cases for each person.
I was diagnosed with ADHD by a professional doctor (do not self diagnose) and my case is that i can only concentrate on what i choose.
It also disables/helps me in a way where i can't focus on one subject, i use that to jump from subject to subject on this Podcast!!

Episode 1 - Leapfrogging from Sexism to Islamophobia
Today's episode's FIRST subject will be talking about Sexism. I start talking about how i see sexism and why i think it's illogical but how it makes sense that it exists. The basis of my podcast is jumping from one subject to another, meaning i might start with one subject (in this case sexism) and end with another completely different or even similar subject (in this case a different one, which is islamophobia). In this case i called it, Leapfrogging from the beginning point to the ending point.
