Antonio Benedict is a House Dj/Producer/Promoter emerging as one of the many talents from London.

Making his name as Dj ID and now more recently as Antonio Funk, Antonio could be found in & around London’s clubs spinning the sounds of Garage with some of London’s most elite artists on the scene. At 15 he earned a residency with event promoters Loveshy which quickly expanded his network. Soon followed his pirate radio exposure landing regular shows on Taste FM, Entice FM and Raw Mission at the peak of the UK Garage era

After taking time out Antonio began to define his understanding of House music & began to practice creating his own music productions. He studied the musical elements & cultural influences of Deep & Soulful house & is now ready to unleash his music.

Antonio has been spinning his selection of Deep, Soulful, Tribal, Progressive, Funky & Tech House on Dejavu FM as Antonio Funk

Influences include, Jimpster, Enzyme Black, Dennis Ferrer, Black Coffee, Ralf Gum, Axwell, Kenny Dope, Kerri Chandler, Osunlade, Ezel, Steve Angelo, and Sebastien Leger to name a few.

His first release ‘Roll The Dice’ is available now on Beatport and Traxsource released on Independent label ‘Must Have Music’ and there will be many more to follow as this fresh producer attempts to rub shoulders with the legends of House Music.

2012 saw the launch of Shades of House (SoH) in Shoreditch which has increased his fan base dramtically as he has been able to showcase his airtight mixing ability and energetic sets at more prime times.

Currently resident Dj for a number of events, Clinik London, Dirty & Deep, Breach, Allure and Discotheque to name a few.
