Inspiring

I find this podcast very interesting and inspiring. Ayurveda had my interest a couple of years ago, but I didn’t really see into it. It crossed my mind again during this stage of quarantine because of something I saw on Instagram. So I started looking for an interesting podcast about it. I like the way it’s told, very calmly and clear and I love to listen to it. It makes me want to learn more and apply it into my life.
