Addressing domestic Violence
The numbers are supporting that more false claims of domestic abuse are on the rise, and as someone who was falsely accused its time to speak up. This series of episodes will look at real life stories. The damage that can be inflicted is great and even when proven innocent you never really are.

We are back! 051324
Sorry for the delay, life, moving job locations and the pain/lessons of doing a mobile podcast had its challenges, but we are back at it
-
Are you okay? 41524
A simple question asked by a listener that really touched me. Just because you are speaking about fatherhood and mental health does not make you immune to problems. The lesson is to check on your friends and family, and request that they do the same.
Stay blessed not stressed

Easter Karma lessons learned after divorce
Today's lesson is KarmaFor years I used to make that ignorant joke that talked about fathers meeting their kids for the first time on Easter Sunday. I never knew the level of insensitivity and ignorance that I displayed. I can say 5 years down the road that thoughtless cockiness that was displayed has came back to me like no other. The karma is I am now that father, I am that father who would give anything to meet my children for Easter. The best advice I can provide today is simply don't play games with God. Happy resurrection Sunday to all, and if you are with your families remember to love on them everyday and not just the days that some candy company says we should.Love you Darrius, the is always open***Let me say***Im not sad, im determined. The wrong done by others is on their collective heads, I will continue to continue to do right and support the fathers in this fight. Point and purpose can be found in tragedy but most importantly testimony.

The After (dealing with grief)
After watching the Netflix Movie "The After" was a good exercise in why we need to grieve and why it's never good to bottle it up. I for one have done that and the damage you cause is incredible. Help is always there, but you must be able to seek or accept it.

030624 conversation with Caleb K
Very powerful story from a friend and fellow listener Caleb K, this brother was here for me when my son passed away, and out of a gift of love he shared about the loss of his son. I promise you that you need to hear this in its entirety as things aren't simple as you would have thought.
