Binge Minute Binge Minute

Welcome back to Binge Minute HQ as we kick off our journey through this season's film - the 2019 horror/comedy Ready or Not! We have no clue what will happen so we get acquainted with the directors and stars, make our first overall predictions and watch the first 60 seconds (spoiler alert: this movie really wants you to know it is produced by Fox Searchlight Pictures).

It's games night in Minute 2 of Ready or Not. Coat racks, candles and very specific board game franchises are the main stars of this minute as the opening credits roll. We get our first jump scare, meet our first characters (maybe) and Chris details his usual horror movie watching process.

It's the worst party ever in Minute 3 of Ready or Not. With Alex safely in the cupboard, Daniel is exposed as a nark and things escalate quickly. Taylor shares her childhood obsession with cupboards and Chris witnesses a suitcase incident.

It's time for a monologue in Minute 4 of Ready or Not! We meet a new character who is really spilling the tea on their soon-to-be family, and make our first bet of the season. Chris (completely unprompted) addresses past rumours surrounding his willy.

An intimate moment is interrupted in Minute 5 of Ready or Not. Grace (smoking lady) and Alex (cupboard boy) share some pre-wedding giggles but Daniel (total nark) just can't stop ruining things. We discuss being sweaty novices when it comes to dancing.

The pre-wedding atmosphere is super weird in Minute 6 of Ready or Not. Grace brushes off a series of warning while Daniel loses his cool rating. Chris and Taylor have new jokes.
