Can everyone meditate? Yes.

Even if you find your mind is busy or cluttered. Even if you find thoughts interrupting your practice of meditation.

The good news is that you can gradually develop the habit of meditation and the ability to have a peaceful mind. One way to do this is by listening to guided meditations. By focusing on the voice or imagining what the meditation is explaining you are developing the skill of concentration, which is an important aspect of meditation.
