Most Rangely residents know if you talk about "Bulia" who you are talking about....Amorette Hawkins. Amorette is a very beloved member of the community. She is the Director of the Rangely Regional Library and her family has been a staple of the community since homesteading close by. Her life is filled with love for the community and her family!
