Justin and I met on Facebook at some point throughout the crazy last few years. Instant connection between the 2 of us as we share something in common, brain injury. As a new father, I wanted to chat with him about a bunch of things, particularly how he's been adapting to the new energies out here. It's good to be back on the mic! Throughout my life, I've met a lot of cool people. The last 3 years in particular. Somewhere along my lines of posting tin foil hat stuff, I met Kristin. She's gone through a heck of a journey and this is part 1 to our discussing it!

Jane St Claire, a good friend of mine, has started a counselling business based out of Port Coquitlam, BC. We could have gone on for much longer than the hour we allotted for ourselves but we'll just have to do another episode in the future!! Very happy with the conversation we had.

Andre was one of the first guests I had on my show over 2 years ago. He's an amazing human, a badass. Join us as he does a great job of explaining how his ahuyasca ceremony in Costa Rica went.
