Building Healthy Habits in Lockdown with Sam Brookes Chin Wags with Pheebs

    • Ondernemerschap

We are all too familiar with the daily grind of lockdown…you can only go to the shops once a day…you can only exercise outside the house once a day…baking endless banana bread and joining stupid amounts of online zoom quizzes…but how can we utilise this time to build new healthy habits in this crazy lockdown life we are all living in? I have the pleasure of interviewing the lovely Sam Brookes who is a Personal Trainer specialising in power lifting and calisthenics. We met at my gym (yes I am plugging PUREGYM DIDCOT because its the best), but not only is Sam a personal trainer, he has personally been a great source of motivation for me, my fiancé and many other people in and outside the gym. In this podcast Sam and I chat about how we can use this precious time we have been granted from this global pandemic, to create new healthy habits. Because what we do now, is going to transfer over to the outside world when we are back in some kind of normality. If you have enjoyed this weeks podcast, do drop us a review on iTunes!
