Today I am joined by Ross Wheelock Donnelly. What a guy and what a story he has to tell. He openly discusses how being bullied impacted his mental health and dealing with that after leaving school. 
Ross has faced challenges and difficulties and overcome them. We chat about coming to terms with the effects bullying had on him and how he moved forward to create a better life for himself. Through talking about his experiences, self acceptance, goal setting and expanding his comfort zone among other things!
