Cochinita Pibil (Mexican Style Pulled Pork‪)‬ Revive Cooking Recipe Podcast

    • Eten

A deliciously spicy slow cooked Pork (or Beef) recipe, one to put in the oven and forget about for a while (but not for too long!!)

For 4 portions you'll need:

500g Pork Shoulder (or Brisket/Flank if you want to use Beef)
Juice of 2 Oranges (Approx. 150ml)
Juice of 2 Limes (Approx. 90ml)
1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Dried Chilli Flakes (mix it up and use whichever chilli flakes you like!)

You'll also need at least a couple of hours for marinating the meat and 3 or 4 hours cooking time... But you don't need to watch over it too much so you can go an do something else super fun whilst it's cooking!

Let me know on Instagram or Twitter (@revive_cooking on both) how you get on with this dish, what you served it with and let me know if you have any suggestions of things you'd like to see and hear in future episodes.  You'll also find the Revive Cooking channel on YouTube, with an ever growing number of videos walking you through recipes with more exciting stuff coming later this year - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfhRDqAc8F3Fe3xkl622Wvw
