Excellent programme to get you running (again). Goals are realistically set and good fun to achieve. And another thing: it works on the rowing ergometer as well...

Very nice en good coaching, but where are the other episodes? I'd like to do Fastest 5K but there's only one episode available. Please, put the rest online as well. Many would be willing to pay for it.
