Gina has her Bachelor's in Science in Dietetics at Eastern Michigan University as well as Master of Science in Human Nutrition at Eastern Michigan University.  More importantly, she has put it all to use!  Gina digs deeper than providing a diet plan or workout plan. 

We discussed her results and feelings around a continuous glucose monitor from 2020. On top of that, she has really focused in on hormones (particularly cortisol) and what raises and lowers levels, how our bodies feel, and more.  I could talk for hours with her about your body.  But we kept it to just under an hour.

Erica is the owner of a unique business - Krupin's Poopin Scoopin.  Yes, she picks up your dog's poop for a living. We discuss her leaving the medical (corporate) world, the relief when she failed the test, starting a business and growing it organically and more.    

She has also gone through some cosmetic surgery and it all falls in to her story.  Belief in yourself, ignoring distractions, proper mindset and more goes in to her decision to go through with surgery and ties back in to business.

Becky is back and we had to discuss if it's harder to get financing in August 2021 than it has been in the past.  From conventional financing to what it looks like for business owners, we broke it down. 

Becky also takes a quick look inside as she plans an upcoming wedding and honeymoon and will take her longest vacation in her 17 year career in mortgages. It's been a struggle to take significant time off as she's always been dedicated to her clients. While she remains dedicated, she's learning to give up some control and rely on her team a bit more.
