Mixed feelings

I really like the themes and how an entire week is devoted to exploring these using different techniques. Is just the endless talk before the meditation even starts that makes me not want to continue listening. It might be an idea to separate the (useful) information from the actual guided meditation.

The idea is great, but there is way too much talking in a, which to me seems forced and therefore a bit annoying, whispering voice.
