The American trial jury is flawed in more than one way.

Listened through 430 Episodes over the last year. Very interesting. 99% of the murders is either due to greed or love. I don’t get it that people talk to officials without a lawyer. “The right to remain silent is underrated”.Heard a fair few story’s that if the suspect just simply kept his/her mouth shut they would not had got a life sentence. Especially in this flawed american trial by jury system. It’s unreal to me that a hand full of people without any knowledge about law can decide about someones life.

Great podcast!

There is nothing like Dateline! I would recognize Andrea’s Josh’s but especially Keith’s and Lester’s voice anywhere in the world. It would be great if the episodes would be available for us listeners, outside the US.

The haunting

Wow, what a powerful and intense story! Unbelievable what this family had to go through.
