Love the podcast!!

Absolutely love this podcast. The themes as well as the guests. Ella always knows what to ask which makes the podcast quite organische. Also, she always does her research. I love the in-depth questions and Every single podcast Is about Something interesting, health/Food/sports/wellbeing related. I look forward to the next episode every week and hope that she keeps on doing this for a loooong time as it is not only Nice to listen to but also really helps me (and others around you).

Favourite podcast out there!

Every week we learn something completely different and I just LOVE this podcast, it's the best. So positive, inspiring, widely oriented and intellectual. The personal touch and curiosity of Ella and Matt to explore and learn more about a topic (together with their sometimes critical and profound questions) is just phenomenal.
