Deighton began his career in architecture over 31 years ago. He attended undergrad at the University of Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Design in architecture followed by a master’s in architecture from the University of Colorado Denver. Deighton currently resides in Tampa, FL, is very active with ICSC and has worked on countless retail shopping center projects throughout the State of Florida.

The company owns neighborhood and community shopping centers, primarily grocery anchored product, throughout the country.

Our guest today is Larry Silvestri with Silvestri Law. Larry is a long time industry veteran and has been in the commercial real estate business for over 33 years. He has held positions as Assistant General Counsel for Highland Superstores, which was at one point the 2nd largest American electronics retailer behind Circuit City. He was General Counsel and Vice President of the Zaremba Group, a developer out of Ohio, where he focused on ground-up development projects and the management of their shopping center portfolio. He later joined The Goodman Company out of West Palm Beach as General Counsel. The Goodman Company is one of the most respected and knowledgeable private shopping center developers in the eastern part of the United States. Larry currently resides in St Petersburg, FL and is Managing Shareholder of Silvestri Law, PA.
