Hello and welcome to After Hours with your host, Amanda Hamilton. After Hours is a platform for conversations with some of Canada’s most dynamic creative entrepreneurs. Driven by open, honest conversations, we dig into what makes businesses survive and thrive, giving you tactical insights and takeaways to fuel success, create enduring rituals and well, crush it in life and business.

McCauley Wanner is Co-Founder of the ALLELES Design Studio, a Victoria-based design studio that specializes in the design and fabrication of fashionable covers for limb prostheses. Over time, ALLELES has gained national and international recognition for its custom pieces made of FDA-grade ABS plastic, a material that allows for further modification and customization based on each individual’s need. The company is recognized by over 400 clinics, allowing for easy reimbursement, and has been featured in publications like Vogue, People Magazine, The New York Times, Elle Decor and Refinery 29.
