E17 Interview 8 about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Meet Houda Dortland, Mental Fitness Coach & Certified Happiness Trainer The Happiness Contribution™ Show

In today's episode, our guest is Houda Dortland, a certified Life coach and Happiness trainer. She is passionate about helping individuals who feel emotionally stuck and experience too much stress in their daily lives or at work. With over 22 years of experience in acute medicine, she has seen the effects of stress on the mind and body. Today she helps people to shift from stress to success and uses the science of happiness, #wellbeing, and #EFT (#EmotionalFreedomTechniques) to do so.

I met Houda at beginning of 2022 first virtually as a fellow member of the Uppiness Game Facilitator and the HSA communities, then in person in June during the HSA Alumni meet-up and Happiness@work conference in Antwerp. In August, we started weekly calls as we became accountability buddies since we both are freelance entrepreneurs.

And in November and December, she coached me on how to use EFT practice during the most challenging time of my life. As you may have heard in the solo episode 16, EFT has been really my lifebuoy in the most stressful moments during my husband’s illness, and I’m very excited to share this practice with you in this episode, where Houda also guides through the key steps of the practice with simplicity and empathy.
