E5: Catch Up Special: Have time-poor Mudasser and ‘all at sea’ Rachel made changes to their lives‪?‬ Change Makers with Sue Belton and Lisa Sharps

    • Zelfhulp

Welcome to Change Makers, the podcast brought to you by award-winning Leadership and Life Coach Sue Belton with co-host Lisa Sharps.

What you're about to hear is an unscripted, in-the-moment coaching session with a real person who feels stuck or unfulfilled in their life and wants to change, but they don't know how.

In this follow-up episode, we catch up with two former guests to find out what changes they have made to their life since their first session with Sue.

We hear from Mudasser who came to the initial show looking for support on how he can take back control of his time and stop the cycle of overworking, which is causing him to miss out on precious time with his young family.

We also check back in with Rachel, a recent retiree who found herself drifting through her new-found spare time. Rachel recently finished a long and successful career as a head teacher where she doubled the size of her school and enjoyed the push and pull of a full and varied workplace. And, as you heard in the initial episode, the ‘freedom’ of retirement has left Rachel feeling a bit ‘all at sea’; drifting from day to day with no direction.

So what has changed for Mudasser and Rachel, join us in episode five to find out.

Co-host Lisa Sharps listens in, expertly pausing the conversation at key moments to quiz Sue on the coaching methods and techniques that she is using - all to help create a successful outcome for these goal-driven coachees who want more out of life.

If you have ever wondered what actually happens in a live coaching session with an experienced, qualified and accredited professional leadership and life coach, then this is the show for you.

This podcast will help you to dare to dream, destroy your demons and design a new life.
