This is a strong sweaty class, don't be fooled by the first 5 minutes. We will move through some sun salutations at a steady pace that will build up internal heat, then move on to some longer held standing poses, including standing balances Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana 1 and 2; the class will finish with some forward bends, backbends and twists.
