This class begins with sun salutations to build a rhythm with the breath and a little heat, then moves on to some standing and balancing poses with extra strength builders built in including Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) and Virabhdrasana III (Warrior III); peppered throughout the sequence are some simple twists and gentle backbends; to finish we will release the the neck and stretch the side body. (65minutes/level 2)
