As March is the month we celebrate International Women’s Day as well as Women History Month, we wanted to bring a very special guest to our podcast to talk about women in the Ad Tech field, the changes in the industry with regards to gender and gender equality and also to inspire other women and future female leaders with her amazing story. 

 In this episode of #CCtalks, our special guest Christina Caljé, entrepreneur and business woman, takes us through the journey of her career, starting from her origins in the East Village of NYC. She explains what it takes to be an entrepreneur and a successful business woman in a field that is often male-dominated. Moreover, she tells us about the projects which saw her involved and partnering with industry and governmental organizations to address the funding gap of brown/black/female founders in Europe.
