What does your morning routine look like?!?!? I found I use to say “we are just NOT morning people” and with that mornings were not the best in our house.  Once I started to recognize this was affecting our whole day I realized I needed to change our morning routine asap.  This was a bad habit we had to fix so listen along to episode #5 to hear just what I do.  Also listen to a few of my friends who joined me on “Questions for the chair” give some things that help them each day, that just might help you too!!
