- Huawei announces their first phone with a hole in the screen for the selfie camera, the Nova 4, with triple cameras enabling 10X zoom and wide angle shots, the Kirin 970 and a 3750mAh battery for a very affordable price
- Lenovo announces the Z5S budget phone, with a waterdrop notch, the Snapdragon 710 and triple cameras
- Lenovo also announces the Z5 Pro GT, a slider phone which could be the first phone with the new Snapdragon 855 and will also have a 12GB RAM model, one of if not the thinnest bezels on a smartphone yet and an AMOLED screen
- HTC announces the Desire 12S, with the Snapdragon 435, a 3075mAh battery and a horrible design
