In my work, there are key themes that emerge through my work and the conversations I have with others while on the road . once theme that emerges is the idea of cycles. how we go through seasons , emotional cycles and also astrological cycles . For some people , after months or even years of depression, low mood, and anxiety , can fear that when things improve they fear that out of nowhere something will come and knock them back. yet life isn't static and its important to understand the cycles and transitions we go though and the tools we need to navigate life.
