Ersin from Piddaji Eat Lah

Ersin is the founder and owner of the street food stall Piddaji serving something you don't usually see in the street food scene in London, Pide, a Turkish flat bread. On today's episode, Ersin share his journey from how he worked in his father well know kebab shop in SE London, to opening a pizza shop right next door and his transition to street food.
