Very nice companion podcast
The show is very good, and this podcasts adds complementary experience to it, and having multiple guest speakers (especially in Season 2) was a positive improvement. Hope this podcast persists alongside (many) future seasons.
Great show and lovely podcast
The show is awesome but what I believe truly makes it epic is Lee Pace - the most talented actor ever ❤️
I enjoy the podcast as well , it always proves me right in my understanding and speculations .
Not Asimov’s Foundation
Though the serial is good fun to watch, it is far from Asimov’s ideas. Demerzel(R.Daneel Olivar) would never have behaved like this. The (first ) Seldon crisis was solved completely different in the books, it was the time the board(politbureau) was set aside, and Hardan solved everything peacefully, not by killing the leader of one party. Seldon let themselves(I.e. Hardan) solve the crisis, which was setting the enemies against eachother, not bringing them together. The genetic (static) empire is a great invention, the time traveling through stasis-travel a kind of cheating I can live with, but so deviating of Asimov’s ideas(Demerzel and crisis) makes me think Asimov will turn in his grave if he would see this.
