Some of the highlights of Caroline's story included that she started her career as an opera singer and performed for about 10 years in Europe and the US. However, she eventually burned out from the financial instability and stress of the career. She then had a "meltdown" and realised she needed a change. With the help of career coaches, she discovered her passion for career development.

She has now been working in executive coaching for over 20 years and has authored two books to help others with career transitions.
