As someone who is highly sensitive, mildly adhd, and deals with anxiety and depression, the 8 Limbs of Yoga has allowed me to reflect introspectively, while also challenge me to be a better person. There are many resources that allow us to heal in many ways, and I believe in doing what works best for you.
