Jon Vaisey joins us in the Hacker to Hero Studio - he tells us of his mishaps in some pot bunkers, his aims for Captains Day and gold paint and that he also has a few monthly medals in the bank and that the Silver Medal is a target this year.

We chat to Manchester City's Emily McNulty and the legend that is Joe Corrigan.
