In honor of World Mental Health Day, observed on the 10th of October, the duo sat down with Dubai’s favourite mental health advocate, Sahil AKA The Monk with Braids.

 Sahil, who is half Iranian and half Indian, is a certified life coach and on a mission to make Dubai more spiritual by educating them on the importance of mental health and taking care of your mind and spirit.

Listen in as Sahil shares his touching on-going story with depression and anxiety and battle with addiction and how he found peace in the simplest of ways through meditation and journaling.
