Hello Hillel is back! This week I got to talk to Berkeley Hillel's newest staff member, Micah Lesch! Micah is our new Engagement Associate and he works with Molly to bring more and more students into the Berkeley Hillel community. This week I sat down with one of my favorite people in the world, Berkeley Hillel's Director of Engagement, Molly Shapiro. Molly welcomes students into the Hillel community, staffs Hillel's Birthright trips, and supports students through everything that they go through at this time in their lives. Berkeley Hillel is immensely lucky to have her and I was immensely lucky to get a chance to chat with her about her childhood, what brought her to Berkeley Hillel, and what she loves about working here.

This week, I sat down with Leah Kahn and Lauren Schuchart to talk all things Purim, from the deeper themes of the holiday to ideas of fun ways to celebrate!
