    Closure is often portrayed as a necessary step in the healing process after experiencing pain or heartache. However, the idea of closure can be seen as a scam because it implies that there is a neat and tidy resolution to emotional wounds. In reality, closure is not something that can be easily achieved or given by someone else. It is a personal journey that takes time and introspection.

    The concept of closure can also be harmful because it suggests that one must have a final conversation or confrontation with the person who caused the pain in order to move on. This can lead to unnecessary rehashing of hurtful memories and can actually prolong the healing process rather than accelerate it.

    Moving on is essential to overcoming pain and finding peace. It involves accepting the reality of the situation, forgiving oneself and others, and making a conscious decision to let go of the past.

    Moving on allows you to focus on the present and future, rather than dwelling on what could have been or what went wrong in the past. It is a proactive and empowering step towards healing and growth.
