In this second episode of #HereToStay David is joined by Élida Bautista PhD who is currently the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Élida discusses her foundations throughout her childhood and undergrad life that shaped her passions and drive to help communities at risk through clinical psychology. We also discuss the recent admissions scandal at Ivy league universities and discuss some of the future initiatives at Haas. Of course we end the episode by reading our astrology charts and what we should expect for the coming weeks.
