Herstory Shelby Stockton

Today, we're making Herstory with Kristy Whitford, an entrepreneur in the luxury and hospitality business for over 20 years. She has an impressive background, including working at the exclusive Beverly Hills Hotel. Kristy recently started her own company - The Hotel Club - where she offers her talents as a luxury consultant for hotels and businesses. If you are in the service industry or addicted to spa treatments, Kristy spills the tea on behind-the-scenes info and products to make your skin glow.

Starp on your patent leather because today, we're talking about tap dancers. Shelby discusses Ludie Jones, a dancer who was part of the Harlem Renaissance movement. Amy educates us on Jeni LeGon, one of the first African-American women to establish a solo career in tap dance.

Is it weird to make smut specifically for soldiers? Perhaps. But they were some pretty and talented ladies, so let's get into it. Amy discusses the ultimate pin-up of all time, Betty Grable. You've seen her iconic picture, even if you have no idea who she is. Shelby discusses a lesser-known lady, Cleo Moore, who acted in some pretty epic B movies.
