Sit down… and listen to one of my favorite bands of all time. The Swingin’ Utters have just released their 9th studio album and I think everyone should be paying attention to these guys. If you’ve heard of them then I’m sure you’re a fan and just as excited as I am. If you’ve never heard of them, then you’re welcome… enjoy!

Sit down… and listen to music from one of the most important cities in the late 80’s and early 90’s. During this time all the good music was either coming from Seattle or was inspired by bands from there. There is a lot more to this city than just Pearl Jam and Nirvana… enjoy!

Sit down… and let me explain something. When two bands love each other very much something special happens and they give birth to a Supergroup. Try to see if you can pick up on what bands got together to create these babies… I mean Supergroups. I promise there will be no Hollywood Vampires… enjoy!

Sit down… and listen to a band that is total East Bay Hardcore… or are they? AFI’s sound has had a massive change over the years most notably over the last 4 albums. I made the mistake of not sticking with them through all the changes. Listen with me as I rediscover how amazing these guys can be!… enjoy!

Sit down… and listen to someone else’s music for a change. I was able to sit down with Simple Plan’s Seb Lefebvre at this summer’s Warped Tour. Based on our conversation I have put together a playlist of songs that meant something to him over the 2 decades the tour was active. Who knew that I would love sharing music with people even when I’m not in control? Lucky for us he has great taste… Enjoy!
