Things calmed a bit this week, but we weren't without DeFi hacks. We dig into the week's crypto hacks and hunt for gems in Devcon 6 security talks. One of those talks leads down the Forta Network rabbit hole, and we explore the possibility of deriving alpha from decentralized threat intel data.

It's been another big week of hacks in crypto land, and depending on how you keep score, it might be the biggest ever. We saw multiple chains and bridges get hacked, price oracle manipulation, wallet exploits, etc. From the Binance bridge attack to Mango Markets, Sovryn, QANplatform, Sybil attacks on XEN, Temple DAO, and more.

This week we'll do our usual weekly review of crypto security-related topics. We're going to dig into the issue of conference OPSEC, or operational security, as we're less than a week out from Ethereum's flagship developer conference, and rumors swirl about security concerns in Bogota.
