Enjoy your life fam. You deserve to be happy, you enjoy to feel love and peace and comfort. You deserve to feel like you're enjoy and that you don't have to keep proving yourself.  Find strength in the small things that YOU love about yourself! 

These are the thoughts that I have to keep in the back of my mind when I start to spiral in a million different directions. We deserve good things... don't forget it!

Hey hey! Happy Valentine's Day! In true valentine's fashion we're celebrating all the things I love--including my fur son, Studley James, but also talking about the nitty gritty parts of love. I think learning how to love ourselves, our flaws, all of our little complexities that make us who we truly are!
