Ihsan is a professor at the Chair of Earthquake Resistant Structures at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen. Before coming to Groningen, he has directed Research & Development at the Technical University of Istanbul and worked in the industry in the USA, Italy and Greece.
