Inner Meditation I: An Introduction to the Practice 3WayKiss

    • Zelfhulp

The Resilience of Love presents: Inner Meditation, a Self-Care Practice in the School of Ecosexual Love, Part I

A podcast in two segments conducted by Dr. SerenaGaia, aka Serena Anderlini

In this segment, Part I, we address a number of questions people interested in approaching Inner Meditation might have. Including:

What is Inner Meditation? How can we make it part of our lives? What are its origins? What are its benefits? What are good reasons to consider it a good investment of our time? How can it bring more health and more happiness to our lives and to the lives of those we love?

As we introduce the practice, we also provide much practical information on how to prepare for one's first guided session, in Part II.

Here is a sample from our approach:

"In the School of Ecosexual Love, we consider Inner Meditation is a very significant practice in the care of the ecosystem called Thyself!

• How can we use this ancient practice to take care of our personal ecosystem?

• How can we carry out a meditation that connects us with our inner being and the symbiotic parts that make it up?

• How can we raise the internal vibration while our awareness shifts the focus towards ourselves?

• How can we connect with planetary bodies, celestial forces, and those of Earth?

• How do we couple the yin and yang energies within us?

• How can we expand this vibration towards the areas and communities we care about?"

You are super welcome to listen and enjoy. We encourage you to move on to Part II when you feel ready to discover how you can use our guidance to become an amazing meditator yourself!
