After a long wait, Carmen and Bosley are back to talk about consumer spending. Not just any aspect of consumerism, they want to understand branding and marketing. Why and how  people become obsess with a certain brand. They will also peak into the future to discuss Generation Z and Generation Alpha's interact with brands. 

Its a new year and its time to find new friends. Carmen and Bosley are trying to determine the best way to start a conversation with a staranger. At the same time, trying to figure out the wrose way to start a conversation. They will discus why the most popular ice breaker is one which most people chose not to answer. 

For our last episode of the year. We have decided to explore the world of Holiday films to find out what makes a good one. And not when we say Holiday we are talking about all Holidays from Valentine day to Christmas.

Homelessness has been an issue for years in the United States, multiple programs have been enacted to reduce homelessness, countless Nonprofits have been created, and billions of dollars is spent every year to mitigate this situation. Carmen and Bosley are interested in examining some of these program and figure out why the majority fail. Then they will talk about the few successful homeless reduction programs. 

To conclude Political Month. Bosley and Carmen, will try to answer the age old question: Why do Politician lie and do we actually care?

It's political month!! Carmen and Bosley are interested in figuring out how to increase diversity among local politicians. They will examine pay, legislative calendar, and personality types to figure out which factors prevent most people from running for office. While providing insight on what changes could be made in order to change the status quo. Finally, they will answer the main question: Is Carmen running for office?
