I actually had dinner with today's guest, Bing Chen, just before I left my last job, and it couldn't have been a more timely experience. He's one of the most passionate, mission driven people I know. Despite being a Forbes 30 under 30 and founder of one of the hottest startups in entertainment, Victorious, Bing describes himself as someone who is committed to moving people emotionally to become the person they want to become.

More eager to celebrate other people than to talk about himself, Bing was reluctant to appear in something that focused so much on him and his story. He thinks he sounds cocky in this episode, but I insisted that he let me share it because I disagree and think there's a great deal to learn from his approach to life.

We talk about his mission, his childhood dream of being Walt Disney (and the first Asian president), how to find your calling, and much more. If you want to hear what passion sounds like, listen to this.

Thanks to Bing for taking the time to chat. Learn about and get in touch with him here:
