Immortelle returns from the hospital to her empty and clean apartment. Everything seems to have changed while she was away. Alone and in shock, she attempts to reach out to Monique but puts her phone down the moment she notices the letter placed on the piano. The smell of the rose instantly captures her attention, drawing her into the letter. That’s when she begins reading Freeda’s sincere words, which prompt her to respond in a similar manner.

Freeda quickly leaves her homeland and flies to Paris to visit Immortelle. Freeda is also recovering after her knee surgery.
