Rachel Turman and Cody Morgeson welcome guest, Jamie Pelz, a former intern of LeadNow and current Next Steps Director at Relevant Church in Locust Grove, Georgia. She is extremely smart, talented, and funny. She is a master of not taking herself serious, but taking important things in life serious. She currently heads up First Steps, Next Steps, and aspects of discipleship at Relevant. Listen in as we discuss with Jamie what her transition was like going from past intern to now current staff coach over interns, her takeaways from LeadNow, and how she is still learning to lead herself and her team daily.
