Maya Raichoora- How Your Vision Can Become Your Reality Slo Mo: A Podcast with Mo Gawdat

    • Geestelijke gezondheid

I've been looking forward to this conversation ever since I first met today's guest over a year ago. Maya Raichoora is an expert on visualization and co-founder of Remap, a self-help programme that is aimed at helping people to live their best life. Maya is not just another person talking about healing. I believe she has the right credentials because she has lived experience in successfully using a specific technique of visualization.
Maya Raichoora was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at just 16 years old. It is a painful life-changing incurable disease. The condition meant Maya was unable to do things a normal person would be able to do without having to consider how the disease would impact her everyday decisions. Lying in her hospital bed she began to dream of a different life, one where she could learn to live with the challenges that she has been presented with. This is how she discovered the power of visualization.
