I am a poet, and mostly a creative enthusiast. This is where I decode them and no, we are not overthinking!
I respect every soul that's courageous to be vulnerable. So, these are not advice, just a perspective to feelings - that you never thought of.
I started this podcast to honor my mother – Deepa Fernandes, whom I lost to the pandemic. And I want this to be magical to you, and to help you befriend your feelings as well.

Befriending You!
Some days I type and use my keyboard as if it were a piano and these letters weren’t forming words but music, music that I could hear and I even dance to. With every beat falling onto my soul, I could feel something spin within me and my mind only felt lighter and lighter.
As if nothing here was ever meant to be, but it is and I don't know why, but now that it is I wished it to be beautiful instead.

Cherishing Growth
I want you to take a moment to cherish a series of moments that life has offered you, I want you to look back only to see how far you’ve come. Only to see how much you’ve grown, only to notice how things that once bothered you, no longer do.
And, growth does not mean success, growth is beyond success. Let’s not make life practical, let’s not function a certain way. We’re all different so let’s choose our own ways, let’s not make a plan for life and let life make a plan for ourselves.

Sitting with Restlessness
Restlessness has a lot to do with your passion and energy. Anything that fuels you up. It’s not as simple as being exhausted, it’s a feeling that is trying to tell you to do more of what energises you. It’s an indication that you are probably not doing more of what you really love.

Befriending Sadness
I feel things on a deeper level. I don’t know of a cold way to hold relations; I’ve always held them warm. So, it hurts when people leave.
