A personal digital twin (PDT) refers to a replicate of a person in digital form including biometrics, facial characteristics, personal preferences, health records, daily activities, favorite locations, travel records, and online shopping records, etc. In this podcast Jun. Prof. Fang-Jing Wu (TU Dortmund) explains to us what a PDT is and how PDTs are created. We discuss also the potential social impacts and positive benefits expected from this new technology.
